I have one large, neutered ginger male cat, Chico, aged 15. He's affectionate and independant. He needs time to get to know new people and prefers to come to them, rather than be approached. Like most cats, he sleeps a lot of the time, but will ask to go out and come in at fairly random times. There is no cat flap, He uses a cat litter tray.

First floor, 3-room apartment in detached house just outside Dieulefit, 10 mins walk to town centre. Big garden, quiet, relaxing. Light spacious kitchen/living area, workroom and bedroom. Shower and separate toilet. Parking.

I have one electric bike, suitable for men and women.

Dieulefit is a small, medieval pottery town of 3000 people, It has a weekly market, plus all the usual food shops and some nice cafés and restaurants. It has a lively cultural life including concerts, art exhibitions, and a lot of potters and shops selling ceramics etc. Plenty of good walks and cycling possibilities. The nearest large town with a train station is Montélimar, 30km away, on the main line between Paris, Lyon and Marseille.

Tourisme et loisirs

Avignon is 1.5hrs to the south, the Camargue, Arles, the sea are all 2hrs drive to the south. The Vercors Natural Park is 1.5 hrs north. The mountainous region of the Ardèche is 1 hour east. There are lots of interesting hill villages around to visit. For tourist attractions, I suggest going to the local Office de Tourism.

Très bel accueil de la part de Caroline et de Chico (le chat )super appartement un hébergement parfait qui nous a permis de découvrir la région et de nous refaire une santé en randonnant dans les collines autour de Dieulefit; donc :séjour très positif à recommander Merci encore Caroline

I spent a good time in Caroline's apartment witch is nice and cosy. Chico the old cat is easy to get along with like his mistress, he sleeps almost all the time and is not shy. Caroline's home is ideally located outside the center facing a pretty park and above the owners home who are very welcoming.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline, Chico est un chat très gentil et attachant après avoir fait connaissance, il ronronne beaucoup et est très expressif. J'ai passé de très bons moments avec lui. Caroline est adorable, elle m'a très chaleureusement accueillie, et je la remercie encore pour ce beau séjour, et pour tout. Elle m'a aussi donné plein de bons conseils ! La maison est très agréable et apaisante, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a aussi une belle vue sur la nature autour, et un beau jardin que j'ai beaucoup aprecié. J'ai aussi adoré Dieulefit, son artisanat, ses habitants, et l'ambiance bienveillante qui s'en dégage. Je recommande à 100%%. Encore un grand merci à toi Caroline !!! I had a wonderful stay at Caroline's house, it's been an amazing experience ! Caroline is very nice, she welcomed me very warmly and gave me a lot of good advices. Chico is a very sweet and lovely cat once you get to know him, and I spent a very good time with him. The house is very nice, very calm and with everything needed. The view on the nature around is beautiful, and I also loved the garden. Dieulefit is a lovely town, with a lot of arts and crafts and galleries, and surrounded by nature. It's a very inspiring part of France. I recommend 100%% ! Thanks again for everything Caroline !!!
