We have two independent indoor neutered male cats who need to be fed and watered twice a day. There are two litter boxes that need regular maintenance. Cats have no medical issues or special needs.

Renovated 3 bedroom historic DC home located in the vibrant Brookland/Catholic University neighborhood. Walk to restaurants. Red Line Metro stop is 3 blocks away. Bus to Penn Quarter/Downtown stops across the street from the house. You can be at the Mall/Smithsonian Museums in 20 -25 minutes. in Guestroom has a queen bed and an adjacent private bath. Home has a fireplace, highspeed internet throughout and an extensive DVD movie collection. Kitchen is well equipped. House also has off street parking.

Brookland is a vibrant, up and coming diverse neighborhood. We are 1/2 mile from Catholic University and two miles from Gallaudet University. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the house and Union Market is a short drive (or accessible by Metro and a short walk). The Red Line Metro (CUA/Brookland) stop is 3 1/2 blocks (6-9 minute walk). Union Station is 3 Metro Stops away for day trips to Baltimore or Philadelphia.

We are four blocks from the DC Metro Red Line (Brookland/Catholic U stop) and four miles from the Mall and other DC attractions. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get from our house to downtown DC via public transportation. Our neighborhood has numerous restaurants.
