The cats (she's about 8 years old, he's 7) must be fed twice a day. She used to be feral and has no appetite control, so if they are only fed once, she will eat all of hers plus whatever the male leaves in his dish. That it! A daily photo would be nice, and of course the usual daily litter scooping and water refreshing.

Logement

Apartment with close views on Sacré Coeur from both living room and bedroom. Oak parquet floors. Full bath, separate WC, washer & drying rack, kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave-convection-grill oven. Broadband fiber wifi. Located in Montmartre on the border of the 9th and 18th arrondissements. Good bus and metro connections.

There's a stereo with lots of CDs and cassettes. Overall, ease of transport to Paris's most sought-out sites, including for the Olympics, is one of its best features.

There is a daybed in the living room and a queen bed in the bedroom, so the apartment sleeps 3 easily. No plants. I shut the cats out of the bedroom at night, but they don't usually bother whomever is using the daybed. My building dates from 1897. The apartment is not luxurious; it seriously needs a refresh and has a few peculiarities. But it has all mod cons and everything works. I love my neighborhood, a real "15-minute" area, including movie theaters, good restaurants, pretty much every kind of shop one might need.

Rebecca and I met in person a few weeks before the sit, and she was very kind and personable. It was a pleasure and I'm so glad we were able to meet. Unfortunately Rebecca's trip was cancelled, and therefore so was this sit. But Rebecca let me know as soon as possible and was very supportive in offering to help me make alternative arrangements. I'd be very happy to sit for Rebecca and her animal companions again in the future, looking forward to it!
