Margarida is an indoor cat who needs lots of love and playtime. Her litter tray should be cleaned daily, and her food and water bowls refreshed twice a day. I have a few houseplants that need watering. That's it really!

Hello! I would like to find a housesitter to take care of my cat Margarida while I'm away. I have a lovely little one bedroom flat in historic Dean Village, overlooking the water of Leith and only ten minutes walk from the West End.

There's an electric piano and lots of books!

The flat is located in a very beautiful old building overlooking a river and feels very peaceful - but is only a 15 minute walk to the city centre.

I had such an amazing time sitting for Margarida! She is a darling girl, talkative and loving to be close with you. Jessica was very welcoming and easy going and lovely to sit for. Her apartment is located in the most amazing spot you could hope for to experience Edinburgh - in a historic building in Dean Village, overlooking the picturesque river. You know you have found a special opportunity to stay in a place that the tourists are coming to take pictures of every day! The apartment is perfectly comfortable and well equipped, and stocked with an amazing library of books and a piano. Margarida kept me great company, chatting and cuddling up on the couch with me while I worked from home. This was also the ideal spot to explore all of Edinburgh and I was able to walk to fabulous vegan and all other types of restaurants, a stunning walk to the Leith waterfront along the river, and an easy walk to city center for sights like Edinburgh Castle and hikes up Arthur's Seat. This stay was such a pleasure I would absolutely love an opportunity to sit for Jessica & Margarida again!
