We have a Russian blue cat who is very friendly and independent. She just needs to be fed three times a day, and she has a water fountain that may need to be refilled once a week. We have lots of toys that you can use to play with her- she’s an amazing hunter and jumper, so it’s lots of fun to play with her, but she plays on her own too. The litter needs to be scooped once every two-three days. Our plants (about 8 in total) need to be watered once a week.

We leave for our trip on the evening of Feb 7, and return on Feb 22nd afternoon. We would prefer our guest to stay during this time, but we are flexible if you can stay for a shorter period of time since we have an automatic feeder for the cat and our friends nearby can come check in on her for the odd number of days.

Welcome to the most cozy and convenient stay in Toronto! My partner and I are happy to offer our1 bedroom + an office den in a premium condo building at the heart of Toronto (right outside Scotiabank Arena and Union Station). It is 5 minute walk from the harbourfront (access to running and biking trails), and 10 minute walk to Rogers Stadium. Our condo has all the essentials you need - it’s cozy and spacious. Other than the bedroom, we also have a pullout couch that can be converted into a double size bed. We also have a long balcony that provides you a view of the lake and the east side of the city. The condo itself has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, full gym, theatre room, office centre, and many other amenities that you have full access to. Our large flat-screen TV has Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Crave subscriptions. We have a bookshelf full of novels, non-fictions, autobiographies, and cookbooks. We also have a ukulele that you can play. Our building also has a dry sauna and jacuzzi in addition to the gym and pools.

Our condo is conveniently located to both nature ( the harbourfront and love park) as well as connectors to everything you need. Longos (grocery store) is connected to the condo through the underground elevator. Billy bishop airport is 10 minute drive away. You can get to everything without going outside if you prefer. There are several streetcars and buses that take you to other neighbourhoods, as well as the TTC and GO trains connected by Union Station which is 5 minute walk away. Despite being in the city center, you can get the quietness you need in the condo as the doors and windows are very sound-proof. Our condo has all the amenities you need, including a full sized mirror closet, an espresso maker, an airfryer, a rice cooker, full range of spices, and full kitchen amenities. If you feel like going out, there are several cafes and restaurants nearby of different cuisines within 10 minute walk, or food delivery.

There are lots of city attractions close to our condo. The CN tower is 10 minute walk away, the Toronto islands are only a ferry away which departs 5 minute walk away. Art Gallery of Ontario and Royal Ontario Museum are both within 10 minute drive away. You should also visit the St.Laurence market, the biggest urban farmer market in Canada, which is 15 minute walk away from the condo, for fresh produce and dining.
