Our newly renovated home is in a safe, gated community located in the Camelback resort corridor of Phoenix. It is adjacent to the hiking trails of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, and has beautiful views of the city and Camelback Mountain. The pool is a refreshing treat after a morning hike and a stop at the local Starbucks. Restaurants and a yoga studio are within walking distance. The community has lighted tennis courts and a walking trail leading to a resort (public) golf course.
Everything in our home was designed for ease of living. Many things are pre-programmed to automatically keep the house comfortable. These automations for sunlight/privacy and temperature can be modified for your comfort.
We have smart TV’s with many premium apps along with cable TV with all possible channels (including music) and DVR’s. There is WiFi in every room and outdoors. It’s great to get up early to watch the amazing sunrise over Camelback Mountain, then take your coffee and laptop to the back patio to read the paper before walking Angie.

We have direct access to a huge mountain/desert nature preserve as well as being close to freeway access, public transportation, the airport, and downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. This area is known for its excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment. There are many options for food and grocery delivery (including Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s), A large supermarket less than a mile away, There is a shopping center with a Starbucks, restaurants, nail salons, dry cleaner, yoga studio, small fitness center, and a veterinarian conveniently located within walking distance.

There is a Desert Botanical Gardens that’s worth visiting to learn about the Sonoran desert ecosystem. Talliesen,, a Frank Lloyd Wright project and museum and the Biltmore Hotel are close by and a great way to learn about the father of modern architecture., There is a rich Native American culture and history to explore in the region. Hiking trails and golf courses are abundant throughout the area. Both are great places to see the flora and fauna of the desert SW
We also enjoy world-class spas at several local resorts. Check out the spa at The Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain with discounts during the summer months. Tucson and Sedona are within short driving distance. The Prescott and Flagstaff areas are not far and can be delightfully cooler than the city in summer. There are old gold mining towns and cowboy rodeos in the area, too.
