Our two cats are two lovely creatures. Sol, the red haired cat loves to cuddle and Wifi is more introverted and independent (won't let you hold him) but both enjoy to play. Both are rescued cats, Wifi was a streetcat we got from an NGO in Spain and Sol from Italy. Both are Felv carriers, this is a virus that about 90% of the cats have - but they are healthy and it has not broken out. Although we are generally family friendly we would prefer an individual or couple to keep their stress to a minimum. They say the thing that can make it break out is stress. That virus is only dangerous for cats, we have two kids and there is absolutely no risk with the virus for humans.

Our apartment is on the 4th floor of a multi-family building. You'll have a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine and not to forget there is a terrace where our two cats love to spend their days. We have a kingsize bed you can sleep in and a sleeping couch, in case you are two people that want to sleep separately. Our bookshelves are full of interesting books, there is a chair and a couch on the terrace you can use and we have two bikes (man/woman). If you like cooking and baking you'll also find plenty of utensils in our kitchen, we have a steamer and a joghurt machine. If you like to live in a quiet place but still be in the middle of town quickly, then this is a good place for you. Surrounded by fields and a forrest you can still be in town within 10 minutes and within 5 minutes you have grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, bakery etc! It takes you a 7 minute walk to be at the nearest train station with 3 connections per hour to Zürich and 3 minutes to the bus that brings you …

There is a common area, our roof-top terrace. if you love doing open-air yoga, pilates or meditation then you will love sunsets and sunrise up there with view to the alps on dry days!

Tourisme et loisirs

While we live a bit outside of town, you have train connections to Zürich where you have basically everything you can wish for and of course, Winterthur itself offers a wide range of entertainment. It's Switzerland's city with most museums per capita, so you'll have a lot of beautiful art to visit if you enjoy that. It's also fast to go to the mountains to hike or ski (2hours drive, depending where you go) and you can visit the two major lakes, constance and zurich, within less than one hour. There is a forest right around the corner, so you can have your favorite jogging route within 5 minutes.
