The cat thinks he owns the house. I dearly love him, but he is not mine. He is sometimes cuddly, sometimes not, but he likes to be around humans, women more than men. He's not allowed on the countertops and I prefer that he stay outside. But he does manage to sneak in and I rarely kick him out. He can be left for long periods, but he will want to say hello when you get back.
He's fed automatically and there's no litter box.
The plants just need to be watched. Water only if they need it.

Logement

My home is an artistically renovated first floor apartment in a quiet building. It is open and filled with light, with comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy your time. I use the larger bedroom as my art studio, and it has plenty of space for a twin bed if needed. The 50m2 patio garden is still a work in progress, but currently has loads of baby greens to eat and the camelias are in bloom.

A mountain bike available and tons of books. Sorry, they are all in english.

The apartment is in the center of Bonfim, Porto’s best neighborhood as declared by The Guardian. It is close enough to walk to the city center, but far enough away to be tranquil and authentic. The building is directly on the neighborhood plaza, but on the back side, protected from any street noise. A bustling square (Poveiros) of bars and restaurants is just one block away, the main bus, rail and metro stations are all within a quick walk, cafes with gorgeous views of the Douro river are a block away and for those willing to walk the steep hill, the river has cycling and running paths at the base.

Porto is a perfect base to explore the north. There are buses leaving every hour to all parts- Aveiro, Coimbra, Braga, Peneda-Geres, Duoro, Viana do Castelo, too much to see!

Staying at Sullivan's house with the cat Muxa was an amazing experience! Muxa is a very affectionate and super playful little companion, he is adorable, very active and very interested in human activities = always ready to help you with your daily tasks ;-) Sullivan was very open and friendly and she gave me a lot of information about the flat and also about the city. She was very easygoing during the process of organizing my stay. The flat is located in Bonfim which is the non touristic "becoming-trendy" district of Porto right now, very close to the river, and only a twenty minutes walk to the Sé Cathedral. The flat in itself is super quiet with a large terrace which is Muxa's playground, and a huge piece of sky. It's decorated in a very unique and arty way which I very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your trust!
