Some yard maintenance needed (about 2-4 hours per week): trim edges and bushes, mow lawn once a month, pull weeds. Check over automatic watering system and adjust it depending of weather condition.

Logement

You will stay in our fully-equipped guesthouse made of 4 separate rooms: a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guesthouse sits next to the main house in the middle of a Mediterranean, terraced garden, overlooking the sea. The village center is 2 km away and the nearest beaches are 4 km away. The house is very quiet and is surrounding by large pine trees. There is a large terrace in front of the house with outside table and chairs.

We have lots of guide books for the local museums and tourist attraction and lots of hiking and biking trail guide books available.

The house is situated about 2 km from the town center and from stores (supermarket, pharmacy, ...). It is a 20 mn walk up and down hill to the town center. There, you can get on buses that take you directly to the beaches in Golfe Juan, to Cannes, Antibes or the Nice international Airport.

Beaches are not far. Scuba diving in Golf Juan. Picasso museum in Vallauris dowtown. Lots of touristic attractions along the cost from Menton to Frejus. Lots of hiking trails in the mountains 1 hour away to the East and the north. Wine country is 1 hour away to the west.
