We have a Norwegian forest cat whose name is Jacques. He has beautiful long fur that he changes in summertime. This is why he must be combed every day during summertime. Besides, and because of his double coat, Jacques does not stand hot weather very well. In hot days he must be given water cooled in the fridge. When temperatures reach beyond 30/33 he must cool down in front of the ventilator. He is very calm and very social.

This 130 sqm large apt with 2 bdrs is suitable for max 5 persons. It is very spacious and luminous, and equipped with vintage furniture, mainly from the 1950s/60s. The apt is on the 3rd floor, in a renovated building from 1907 +elevator. The building is situated on Avenue Louis Bertrand, one of the most beautiful streets of Brussels, characteristic by its representative architecture in Art Nouveau style, and Parc Jospahat placed at its foot. 15min by tram or 30min on foot from the city centre. Lot of art books. There are many venues you can visit in the neighbourhood. On our street, you will find Belgian Brewers Museum. At the foot of the street is the famous Josaphat Parc, enriched with daily activities during summertime, from yoga to open air cinema. Representative buildings in Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles are to be found in our street and side streets. La Maison des Arts de Schaerbeek (Schaarbeek Art Centre) with contemporary art on display is only 10 minutes walking distance away. Although our area is very quite, it does not lack in hospitality. There is a an Italian vine shop just across the street. A cheese shop and a good bakery are only 5 minutes away, down the street.

A few supermarkets are 3 to 8 minutes walking distance away: Carrefour, Aldi, Colruyt, and Candan. Small groceries and 2 night shops are just around the building.

Josapaht Parc has a jogging path and accessories and amenities for fitness.
Next to the parc is Sport Centre Kinetix, that offers spaces for fitness, swimming, squash, badminton , and free climbing.

Tram 92 stop is only 3 min away from the apartment. 92 takes you towards Royal Park, Royal Palace, Mont des Arts, city centre, Sablon and Ixelles.
Tram 7 stop is only 8 min away from the apartment. 7 takes you towards Royal Castle of Laeken, Parc Heysel, and famous Atomium from the Brussels World Fair: Expo 58.
Bus 66 stops only 5 min away. 66 takes you via the Central Train Station towards the city centre: Brouckere, Anspach, St. Katherine, Grand Place, etc.
Bus 59 stop is 1 min away and goes towards Flagey and Ixelles.
Tram 55 stop is 9 min away and is a direct connection to the North Train Station.
