We have two cats, 13 and 10 years old. They are not allowed to leave the apartment. Both are currently healthy, but since both are getting older, the cat-sitter should pay some attention, just in case. We ask to take care of them and to water the plants weekly.

120 sqm. apartment in a bulding very close to a lively area with many restaurants and bars. Nonetheless, it's very quite because the apartment doesn't face that area. It has: living room, well-furnished kitchen, studio, tv room with sofa-bed, noise-insulated bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, guest bathroom, 2 roofed terraces with mountain view, pool in the building, 24/7 doorman.

Just in case you like to cook, since we do, you should find more than the essential to prepare your meals and cakes

The apartment is located in the only building in the proximity of a restaurants and bars area (they all close around 10:30/11pm). There are 5 grocery stores (1 bigger and 4 smaller) at 5-minute walk distance + a few others small grocery shops. There are also 2 pharmacies at 2 blocks distance, a hospital and several veterinarians and pet shops. Within a 10-minute walk there is a very big mall and grocery store with cinema theather and many stores and shops.

The city of Medellín has been recently known for its vibrant life that has transformed this place from a frigthening environment to a joyful and pleasant town where one can enjoy nature, culture and art in one place. The town of Envigado (south of Medellín, but attached to the city) is a particularly safe and quite residential area, well connected to the every other place by bus and the metro system.
