We are looking for a fit single person, nature lover, nonsmoker, who will take care of our cat (14 years) and look after the apartement and the entire building. Another important task is snow removal with a snow blower (Honda HSS970A). We are looking for someone with good manual skills e.g. to replace light bulbs, light tubes in the apartment and check regularly the heating system. And, if necessary give craftsmen access to the house on our behalf. There is a camera where the cat flap and feeding place is. If you are looking for a quiet, rural place and solitude for your remote work, then you are perfect at our place. Please only apply if you agree to all requirements.

The bright apartment has an outstanding mountain and valley view. It has a high standard of fittings e.g. a jaccuzzi and fast internet. Ideal for working remote. It is located in a small village in the countryside and at an altitude of 1377. .

The area is ideal for cross-country skiing, walking, hiking and cycling.

The appartement is well equipped. There is a steam cooker, an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna and a dishwasher.

Our flat is located in a rural setting. It is quiet. Our village is remote and has no cultural amenities. The nearest town is a 40-minute drive or a 1.5-hour train ride away. Oberwald is a great fit for someone who enjoys seclusion and peace while working remote and to spend their time hiking and biking.

You will find a well equipped workplace with USB-C docking station, fiber internet LAN, WLAN, two monitors and a keyboard.
There is a small supermarket in the village. A larger supermarket is 9 km away. There is also a doctor there. The area is ideal for walking, hiking and cycling. It is suitable for nature lovers.

There is a camera to monitor the cat-flap.

I had a really great 2+ months at Andea's and Kurt's modern and beautiful apartment. They were friendly the whole time, gave good instructions on how to take care of the cat Christi and the apartment buildings. Christi is nice cat and easy to take care because she almost always goes outside to do her "business". She does require attention a few times a day, and she does show when it's time; you will see it. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities around the village.

I had a beautiful stay in Andreas and Kurts home. They invited me to stay 2 nights before they left, gave me very helpful information about their home and the area and a very personal and comfy feeling. Christi the cat is very easygoing, smart and independant. She comes and leaves as she like through her catflap and does her business outside. The area around Obergoms is so beautiful and has many hikes and bicycle tours starting directly at the doorstep. I really enjoyed my stay there and hope I'll have the opportunity to return.
