Animaux à besoins spécifiques | 2 Chats

My cats are young adults, 3 years old, and spoilt with company, attention and love, the Corona generation. They sleep alot like all cats, but do have their moments of very playful moods. They are sweet with eachother, and very affectionate to us. But a bit careful and reserved to strangers. The boy cat is more open. The girl cat is caucious but opening up. And - they are not used to men. So, preferably a woman or two, who also likes to spend parts of the day or night at home in the apartment. The balcony is nice and the appartement homey but with lots of light with a summery vacation feeling all year, actually :) I don´t want the cats to be alone more then 8 hours at the time. Only feeding 2 times a day is NOT enough. And frequent guests or loud music wont work, either. An occational guest is ofcourse ok. :)

Indoor cats need more attention, not to get bored or depressed, and starting with bad habits or do bad things to get attention. Its important to me, that my cats stay happy and comfortable and stay sweet and well behaved, like they are now. The sweetest two. <3 The care taking and playing with them are also great for bonding.

Logement

I have a 70sqm apartment with a small loft in the outskirts of Berlin. A high-rise area created by Bauhaus-founder Walter Gropius end 60s, very green and near fields and parks. The apartment is very light and airy, great view, calm house and area. Subway and shops in immediate reach. Simple restaurants and pizza/Döner/chinese .

I have a bike.

The area is an interesting Bauhaus architecture late 60s, with high rises, lots of green in-between. Suburbian.
The apartement has lots of light, with a small loft room and a good balcony.
Nice biking area, or jogging, walking. And a public pool just next door.

Tourisme et loisirs

Berlin has something for everyone, even nice beaches, and lakes, lots of water, max 45 min away from my place. Tropical Islands also about 40 min with car.
If you have a particular interest, do ask and I´ll give advice!!

I can 100%% recommend. Catharina provided me with all the information and some tips about Juki and Leia to make my stay pleasant and uncomplicated. And it was just like that! I had a great time with my fur buddies. The apartment has everything I needed, including a lovely balcony that the 3 of us used to soak up some sun during the day. With Catharina we were in touch over Whatsapp during the whole stay, so I could reach out whenever I had doubts - the cats are so lovely and easy to be around, that we actually just used it as an opportunity to exchange cat pictures. Thank you, Catharina, for a great experience! :)
