Miga is a ten year old Pura Samarena Peel-back. Okay she's a mutt. And she's lovely. Sleeps a lot. She needs a walk every morning before she eats. She gets a second meal at night.
We expect a house sitter to walk and feed the dog, to sleep in the house, and keep it locked and secure. No guests except as pre-authorized.

Logement

Two bedroom, two bath ocean view home with pool. Ten minutes walk to one of the prettiest beaches in Central America. Sámara (2 kilometers) is a fun and friendly beach town with a horse-shoe bay . It's protected by reefs, making it perfect for learning to surf - there are 5 surf schools in town. "Intercultura" is an excellent Spanish language school. Our electric gate is kept locked at all times, making our home safe and comfortable even for a single woman. We live just outside the village of Samara (2 kilometers - an easy 20 minute walk), where there are plenty of shops, beach bars, and restaurants. Situated at the edge of the forest, we enjoy frequent visits from monkeys, coatis, parrots, and Magpies. My sister photographed 36 species of birds in our front yard over 4 mornings. We head to the beach for Miga's walk early in the morning - the monkeys wake us - followed by breakfast downtown or back at home. Then we drop into the pool frequently throughout the day, relaxing on the terrace or in a hammock. Sometimes we return to the beach for snorkeling or watching …

Without TV service, we enjoy Netflix and Prime (or any other computer content) on the big screen. We also have an extensive and eccentric DVD library. You may not need a car but please note that our vehicle is not included.

Lavae a été une excellente home-sitter, qui s'est parfaitement occupé de la maison et de nos animaux, et nous a fait profité de ses talents de cuisinière. Les échanges ont été faciles et nous avons pu partir serein grâce à sa présence à la maison.
