I have a cat. He requires 1 can of wet food in the morning (he usually starts meowing at around 7-8am, you do not need to give him). Sleep with the door closed if he's too loud. In the evening, feed him 1/3 cup of dry food (measure cup is already in the dry food bag). Give him treats! Please play with him with the wand (only toy he likes) in the evening and give him lots of pets!

Do not do anythign with the plants, they're all fake.

1 bedroom apartment in downtown New York City! 1 block north from SOHO and 2 blocks from the subway (BDFM, 6). Cozy home, only made cozier with Kuro, my cat! He's very friendly, loves pets, and food (probably even more than pets).
Really great location, spacious NY apartment (especially for NY), queen size bed, open kitchen, and a cutey cat that'll just want to become your new best friend.

Simple gym in the basement of the building as well as laundry room. TV has Hulu, Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, Disney+.

Be in downtown NYC! Have some of the best restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away, super easy subway, a comfortable size apartment in the city, lots of shopping, and galleries.

Note, washing machine is in the basement and costs $2.75 per wash.
