Our dogs are very people friendly. Easy to take care of. They can just run around the back yard. Our back yard is sand so if you bring kids they have many places to play in the sand. The area is a beautiful Victorian historic area. Biking is GREAT around here. Best place to watch the sunset is right from our deck. We have two turtles in a garden pond in the backyard and a small, gentle parrot that will definitely want some attention and to talk to you.
This is also a popular area for bird watching with an observation deck at a local lighthouse.

Our home overlooks the sparkling DE bay where you will see osprey, dolphins, eagles. & pelicans!
Enjoy the hot tub, huge 6 burner stove with 2 ovens, washer. Dryer. Gameroom with billiards, ping pong, large flatscreen, & dream couch.

We immediately liked Christine and her son Avery. Not only do we share a passion for animals, especially cats, but we also seem to have similar interests in other respects. She informed us regularly. We found the cats and the house in good condition. We can highly recommend Christine and Avery as animal connoisseurs.
