We have a very sweet indoor cat called Clarence who is around 4 years old. He requires feeding twice a day - once in the morning and once at night. He has a litter tray that needs emptied at morning and night and would require a bit of daily play with toys to keep him active, too. He is a long haired cat so would also require a quick brush a few times a week, but nothing major. He sleeps most of the day, is friendly and enjoys company, although he can get nervous if there are lots of people around.

Third floor flat in a beautiful, artsy traditional Scottish blonde sandstone Victorian tenement building with ornate high ceilings and wood floors dating back to 1890. We work in the media and academia and love art and music so have a lot of books, board games and beautiful prints from our travels. Our flat is homey but stylish and colourful. The street is tree-lined with cherry and apple blossoms and is near to the University, one of Glasgow's finest parks and lots of amenities.

Situated on a quiet street in Woodlands in Glasgow's trendy West end only 2 minutes walk from Kelvingrove Park, 2 minutes from an eclectic mic of restaurants and shops, 15 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens and 15 minutes walk from town. Kelvinbridge Subway is 5 minutes walk away connecting you to the rest of the city. An hour's train ride takes you to Loch Lomond or to Edinburgh.

The experience at Anna and Matt’s home in Glasgow was absolutely wonderful. Their apartment is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located to explore the city. Clarence, their beautiful cat, is affectionate, calm, and very easy to care for — I grew really fond of him and will miss his company a lot. Communication with Anna and Matt was excellent before, during, and after the sit. They are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and welcoming people, and meeting them was one of the best parts of the experience. I truly couldn’t recommend them more highly — I’d be delighted to house sit for them again anytime.
