We are looking for pet care and respectful care of our home. But primarily to care for the 7 pets.
The 3 dogs need most attention in that they need exercise.
The Collie X is an old boy and simply requires several short stroll on our lane.
The little Spanish X breed is a youngster and she lives her runs, on the beach, in the woods and do on.
A little Terrier type dog who is very nervous due to her appalling treatment we can only guess she experienced previously. I rescued her after 5 months of coaxing from the sand dunes where she had been hiding.
They are all loving and a major part of the family.
They sleep indoors. We do not leave them outside when we go out. Therefore it would not be possible to leave them for extended periods of time.
Our house and pet family would suit someone with a car looking for a tranquil peaceful few days near the beach in unspoilt Spain where bars and cafes are open all year.
We are also under a km from major golf courses, horse riding and sand sailing. The area is a walkers paradise and plentiful bird watching.

2 of the cats are permanent members of the household whilst the other 2 are Guests waiting for adoption. They are very laid-back and easy to care for - only occasional litter trays!!!
We offer a TWIN bedded guest room for your comfort with a private bathroom - should you overlap with us for a night or 2. The beds are new and the bedding plentiful for cold nights. Please note - we only offer accommodation for 1 or 2 people. The beds are singles and cannot be a double bed.
The kitchen has been refitted in 2018. There is a plentiful supply of logs for the glass-fronted fire place for cold evenings.
This is a country villa and not built to north European standards with insulation and central heating. However, it is a home, with all comforts you could hope for. Just bring warm clothes and fluffy slippers for cold months!!!

We live in a lovely Spanish villa 20 minutes stroll to the famous La Barrosa beach.
The house is in great modern condition but Spanish houses are not as well insulated as north European homes. We have an open fire and convector heaters. It is important I mention this to avoid confusion. Having said this the house is warm with new sofas, fresh plentiful bedding a full kitchen and everything you need to enjoy our home including the sunny south facing garden and two sheltered terraces. Off street parking behind the wall secured gated home.

We have wifi to stream music, iPod doc, tv with uk & Spanish channels.

Casa Pippin is in a rural location on a quiet lane with other houses.
Walk to beach, shops, cafes in less than 20 mins.
But we do recommend a car.
Jerez airport is 40 minutes away, Seville & Gibraltar airports 1 1/2 hrs away.

Set in the heart of Andalucia coast with the famous ruta de pueblos blancos beside us this is a region rich with things to see. The famous La a Barrosa beach is is walking distance and a favourite of our little dogs!
