We would like to find someone, preferably a couple, to look after our home and pets while we are away. Our boxer dog Andrea needs to be walked at least once a day and as our cat who is a fully indoor brat => needs to be cuddle and feed.

Comfortable first floor apartment in a big country house, independent entrance from a small terrace. One bedroom two bathrooms, sunny living area with fireplace, dishwasher, washer. Great views, big olive yard and wood for strollers away from traffic. Stores and restaurants at 3 kms, Lucca city at 8 kms.

Around here is super quite, you can enjoy long walks in nature or a book facing the fireplace. We have an enclosed fireplace that warms up the whole house as well as regular heating. The supermarket is very close, just 5 minutes by car and we have tons of cooking books for those who enjoy cooking. Pisa and Firenze are close enough to have a day trip as well as the seaside. We have a lot of nice restaurants at less than 10 minutes from here but no food delivery. You would need a car to fully enjoy your stay here, we're open to lending our if needed.

Garfagnana with its villages and flavors of the past is located a short distance away.
The beaches of Versilia and the Pisan coast are between 20 and 40 minutes away by car.
The Apennines and the beautiful Apuan Alps are ideal destinations for a day trip.

We had an amazing stay. The house is comfortable and on a stunning place. Great views from every window. Andrea, the dog, is the sweetest and easiest dog ever and will be missed😍. Dark, the cat, must have some siamees blood and talks to you the whole day 😆. Toscane is beautiful and Lucca is a wonderful and interesting city. Being up on a hill you do need a car or an amazing condition, since the nearest shop is a 10 minute drive. We were fortunate to meet Sylvia's father, who proved to be a good guide for restaurants and sites to visit.

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca looking after Andrea and Dark. Both were an absolute joy, affectionate, easygoing, and full of personality. The home is surrounded by a beautiful green area that made our daily walks with Andrea especially lovely, and Dark was always happy to keep us company when we relaxed indoors. The location is fantastic as well. Being so close to the charming city of Lucca made our time even more special. Communication with Silvia and Luca was smooth and kind from start to finish, and we felt completely welcomed and trusted. We would happily return anytime. Highly recommended.
