I have two cats who need to be fed and watered and the cat box kept clean. That's it. They're affectionate if you like to snuggle. They like human company. There’s a container garden on the patio that can be watered if you want to harvest from it. Otherwise you can ignore it.

There's a rowing machine in the flat for exercise. Wifi inside and outside on the patio. Central air conditioning and heat. Induction stove. Ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Walk-in shower.

There are 6 apartments in the building. Neighbors are friendly, sociable and helpful. The park and the river are right across the street. Canoeing and kayaking available. New Haven is the home of Yale University so there’s lots of culture available and many great restaurants. It’s an easy train ride to Manhattan for day trips.

New Haven is the home of Yale University so there are endless opportunities for stimulating and entertaining activities. We are coastal so there are beaches and also fresh water lakes for swimming. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby. Easy train ride to Manhattan for day trips. I will provide info about local things to do and places to see.
