Gaillac

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Michaël, Elizabeth et Adrien. Nous aurions pu choisir plus de 3 badges si nous n'avions pas été limités par la plateforme. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer du temps avec nos hôtes avec qui nous avons partagé de très bons moments. Nous occuper des animaux a été une super expérience. La maison et son immense terrain sont très bien situés par rapport au centre ville.

My stay at Michael’s and Elisabeth’s home was absolutely great! Three badges are not enough! They welcomed me warmly into their home, and before leaving they explained me everything I need to know. They also gave me a lot of tips, and infos about the surrounding, what to do, and to discover. My main task was to take care of the two lovely Siamese cats Shakti and Seraphine. As in the description, Shakti doesn't see very well, but she finds her ways pretty well. She sleeps a lot, and loves to be cuddled… sometimes more, sometimes less. Seraphine spends a lot of time outside in the garden. At the beginning she was a bit shy, but after a few days she literally got cuddle attacks. I loved their company! Shortly before the sit Michael and Elisabeth rescued a little chick, that apparently has born to early, and was not with her mother any longer. So they helped growing it up by hand, and I continued with that. It was such a joy feeding little PiuPiu everyday, to see her grow, listen to her songs, communicate, and cuddle with her. The garden has a pool I checked regularly (water level, and chlorine), and it’s great to have a swim, and refresh on hot days. The sit had a bit of a farm life. A calm, creative place surrounded by nature… the big garden which has also fruit trees, and a vegetable garden, the animals, and fresh eggs everyday. I had a bicycle at my disposal, which I used for shopping, and also just for riding around, and explore Gaillac, and the surrounding area. I totally enjoyed that too. The communication with Michael and Elisabeth was easy, warm, and clear. If there is the opportunity I would definitley house and pet-sit there again. Thank you!
