I have an older, mixed breed, middle sized dog who loves to play in the park when her hips are not too sore. She is fed dry food, mixed with a little wet food, twice a day and needs joint supplements crushed and added to her breakfast.
My cat is very cuddly. She goes outside in the garden when she wants to. Her bowl is kept full and she enjoys the occasional treat.

Quiet, 2 bedroomed house next to a park in Leith, Edinburgh. About 20 minutes walk from the centre of town, or 10 minutes on the very frequent buses or tram. The house is well equipped with a small garden and sunny conservatory. There are loads of great cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away.

There is central heating, unlimited, fast WiFi and a few games. The best room in the house is the dining conservatory. There is a double bedroom you will use.

Edinburgh is a fantastic tourist destination with many attractions, old and new. Leith is the dock area full of bars and restaurants, shops and cafes. The park next door is great for dogs and there are long walks along cycle lanes and the water of Leith which they enjoy as well. Portobello beach is about 3 miles away and the East coast is full of great beach walks

Karen is just lovely! I was very lucky to have the privilege of looking after her furries, who are very lovable! She gave me lots of helpful tips about Edinburgh, made me feel very welcome in her home, always stayed in touch to make sure everything was still going ok and made sure I had contacts of people in the area in case of emergencies. I really had the best time!

My wife and I took care of Karen's lovely animal companions — Bob, Jimi, and Holly — for eight days, and had a great time. Pups Jimmie and Bob are completely loveable, and Holly the cat is very cuddly. Karen welcomed us into her wonderful home, which is right next to the park and some walking paths, and quite central. We really enjoyed getting to know Karen, Bob, Jimi, Holly, and their friends.
