The house looks after it's self but the cat can't use a tin opener yet, he can manage the cat flap and will come and go as he pleases, usually around to be fed twice a day
We have a small garden and lawn but they will not need attention January/February
We have a good stock of logs and with the underfloor heating you will be nice and warm !

We live in a small hamlet ideal for walking and bird watching and for shopping we have a small town only 2 km. away and a larger town a further 10 km. with a larger selection of supermarkets and a golf course and also a swimming pool

We have a couple of cycles( male and female) and there are several paths close by, several lakes within 15 minutes drive, Limoges Zoo 40 minutes, monkey park 1 hour, several Chateau's, golf course at St Junien 12 minutes by car and La Prez 45 minutes
Further afield Bordeaux is worth a visit and of course Paris a 2 and a half hour journey by train from Limoges
Limoges Airport is just 35 minutes by car
