Modern new tidy house with lake and mountain view in a charming village not far from Aix-les-Bains in the Rhône Alpes region. One hour drive to Geneva, 30 minutes to Chambery and 3 minutes to Lac du Bourget.

There are many outdoor activities like walking the tracks, cycling, mountain biking, and water sports on the lake.
Also the possibility to do paragliding and parapente.

The house is situated in a very calm village with views of mountains and lake. Beautiful terrace full south facing, with seating, relax and enjoy the view.
There is a small covenant store and traiteur in the village and a supermarket is only a few minutes drive.

Sylviane est accueillante. Très belle vue depuis la maison et c'est idéal pour profiter du coin, notamment du Lac du Bourget (vélo et/ou voiture conseillé). Les chats sont câlins et casaniers. Un séjour Nomador comme on les aime !
