We have 2 dogs, an 7 yr old Red Heeler (one of the Working Breeds), her name is Grace, who weighs approx 60lbs and Juando, a 6 yr old 20lb Terrier mix - both dogs are Rescues. Both are affectionate and love to go for a few walks a day, ( Walks at least 3 X day) - they both have 24/7 access to the patio/garden - so if you're out & about, or going on any Day Trips, just give them a good walk in the neighborhood before you leave and then of course when you come back in the evening. They are fed 2x per day, easy - low-maintenance food with a bit of cottage cheese mixed in. Obviously, fresh water as needed. (We have filtered water for them). p.s. one or yes, sometimes both like to cuddle up in bed (with me/us and hopefully you) to sleep, especially the "little" one (JUANDO = John Doe - that's the name he had when he was rescued from the streets of Los Angeles)!!

Hi - Though we've listed our place under Homes, it is actually a wonderfully private Guest Apartment - semi-detached from the main house, behind it's own gate with 2 private entrances. Very private and cozy - 12 ft ceilings - approx 700 Sq Ft and comfortably furnished. 1 BR, 1 large tiered Bath, (with stand up shower), Living/Kitchen Combo and a peaceful shaded back garden. The garden is really it's own beautiful zen kind of space filled with wind chimes & fairy lights with pretty much full privacy. Perfect for relaxation & California dreaming!! The garden is fully enclosed, so no worrying about escaping puppies! We're located in the Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys are of Los Angeles. Approx 15-20 to Hollywood, 45 min to local beaches. Plenty of canyon hiking nearby, as well as being about 2 hours (North of) San Diego and 2 hours (South of) Santa Barbara. Hollywood is approximately 20 min with traffic and Santa Monica (The Pier, et al.) about 30 min drive. Lots to see and do and our place makes it ideal as a jumping off point. We have have full package cable TV, WiFi, Netflix and Amazon prime. Will add more info, once I've located and have added additional …
