I’m a retired Homeopath 66 years of age, fit and healthy. Love dogs and cats but don’t have my own now. Like to travel and visit new places and love the company of animals. Especial enjoy country walks with dogs.
Would like to spend Christmas and New year looking after pets, but would consider other times too.
I have previous experience dog sitting in Portugal and Spain, also much dog sitting at home in UK.
My speciality is to instil confidence for nervous pets, as I have a calm temperament, and have been described a few times as soothing. Another attribute is being conscientious. This includes being reliable, thoughtful and helpful - qualities to put you at ease for your trip.

Patrice was a great house sitter. We spent a bit of time together before I left for my trip. She was very attentive going through everything with me. She was good company and we kept in touch whilst I was away, but she also did leave me the space to enjoy myself and disconnect from home and my animals.. There were no issues with my animals and the house was clean and tidy on my return. I would be happy to have her in my home again.
