We are both 57 years old and have been happily married for 34 years: Sylvie came to the UK for one year as a university exchange student and, after being introduced to Jeff, never went back to France! Having just retired early from 30 years of teaching and City life, we are now really excited to be taking the next step in our adventures together around the world. We know what it takes to look after a house, garden and pets. We are non-smokers and vegetarian. We care deeply about the environment, nature and the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling. We remain fit, having recently trekked the Inca Trail and around Patagonia. Looking after a house and pets is a huge pleasure as well as a huge responsibility which we take seriously. We have only received 5 star ratings as pet stitters (on another site!)

Jeff and Sylvie are simply lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and we felt safe leaving our fur babies and home in their care. I am quite anxious about these things, so it says a great deal that I felt we could go on vacation knowing all was in great hands. A few of our boys had some extra dietary needs at the time and they took that on effortlessly. They were great at communication and sent us photos and updates, the house was immaculately clean and the most delicious, beautiful dinner premade for us when we good home. All of our kitties were happy and at peace. I can't stress how much it meant to us! I highly recommend Jeff and Sylvie! And we would welcome them again!
