Myself (Thomas) and my wife (Hannah) are a married couple from Perth, Western Australia. We recently celebrated our one year wedding anniversary! In February 2019 we took a break from our careers in Australia to have an adventure traveling and working across Europe until January 2020. We are very flexible and open to where are traveling and are looking forward to the experiences ahead of us!

In Perth, I work as a Public Servant (Project Manager), and Hannah is a Primary School Teacher. While we travel I am working remotely for a Risk Management Software Company.

We both grew up in the Margaret River tourist region of Western Australia, love being outdoors, experiencing new cultures and making new friendships. We are compassionate, resilient, positive and hardworking. We have high standards for the work we do, and are clean, kind and respectful guests.

For our year of travel, we don't just want to be sightseeing from one country to the next. We want to really get to know what it's like to reside amongst different cultures and experience life from a local perspective. We also both miss being around animals and would the experience to take care of others' beloved pets!

We have now completed 6 house-sits across the UK and France (using various house-sit platforms) and would be happy to provide our reviews to you. We are both very responsible and clean. In the past, I have worked as a professional cleaner of holiday accommodation in the Margaret River tourist region of Western Australia. Together we have built furniture for our own home. I am very competent with computers, am a keen gardener (mostly vegetables and herbs for our table), and am generally handy around the house. Hannah is a great cook, and not afraid to get her hands dirty after growing up in country Australia on a farm. Hannah is also experienced in caring for a range of animals, including chickens, cats, dogs and even possums! We both love animals and have volunteered for our local animal shelter, fostering over 30 abandoned cats and kittens over a few years. We also have plenty of experience caring for dogs and chickens.
