We (Giji & Christophe) are a professional entrepreneurial couple in our 50s, based in Geneva with our own businesses, so we can easily move with flexibility. Due to our work and travel, we do not currently have pets, although we have both had many cats in our past and miss them!
We have backgrounds in entrpreneurship, human rights and the luxury retail industry, and are Australian/British and Swiss.
We have a lot of experience with all types of cats (including Skogcats, tabbies, thoroughbreds and the moody Russian Blue, of which we have had 3!) and give them abundant love when they ask for it. We have also owned fish and reptiles. We both love the countryside and animals and grew up with animals.
Why do we want to cat/house sit for you? We do not want to give up our centre of town apartment, but we appreciate a break with some greenery and quietness. We really miss having pets, so we would be delighted to share our love with your cats (as well as fish/small marsupials or reptiles). In addition, we are extremely tidy and responsible, Airbnb even says we leave places tidier than when we arrived! We are looking for longer term stays in a place in Vaud or other cantons in Switzerland, away from the noise, and with an outside garden space. We also love looking after plants/gardens, Giji whips up a delicious apéro and Christophe is excellent at house and pool maintenance.

Plus gaga avec les chats , je ne connais pas. Giji et Christophe sont des personnes sympathiques et de confiance. Nous avons retrouvé la maison toute propre, un jardin desherbé et des chats épuisés par tant de jeux et de ronrons. A notre retour , nous fumes accueillis par un bon dîner et avons pu faire plus ample connaissance. Un seul mot : MERCI ET A LA PROCHAINE !
