we are both teachers
Hi, we are Mike and Jule,
and a friend showed us to this wonderful site. We only just heard about Housesitting
and really want to try it out.
For once, because it would be awesome to find someone to take care of our cat Milly
and on the other hand we love to travel and we travel a lot. Being in a place and taking
care of someone's home and pets sounds so much more fullfilling than traveling places
and having to stay in touristy hotels and such.
We are both teaching at highschool levels, 10th - 13th grades. I teach English and History
and Jule teaches Biology and Sports (P.E.). We love teaching, eventho it can be quite
demanding with kids these ages. But very rewarding as well :-)

Sitting for Mike and Jule was really a pleasure. I felt instantly at home in there awesome appartment and all four of them were super welcomming (even if turtles only show that very subtly :) Millie is really quite the handful but in such a sweet and adoring way; a really adorable little lady and once You know how much much much playtime she needs it all works out fine! The place is super located and perfectly connected to explore Cologne. Kalk is really really nice! I definately would be lucky and happy to go and sit there again! :) A great experience!
