I had a really good experience with Monica! We had very good communication from the beginning and we stayed in touch often during my holiday. She sent me regular updates and photos of Nutella, which made me feel very relaxed and reassured while I was away. When I came back, Nutella was doing very well and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything went perfectly and there were no problems at all. Monica was very kind, reliable and took great care of Nutella and my home. I would definitely recommend her and I would be very happy to have her look after Nutella again! 🐾❤️
