Hi,
my name is Andi. I was born in the very north of Germany now living down south for over 10 years. I am selfemployed with my one man business working in Property Management for more than 20 years now. My work includes management tasks with many "handyman" reponsibilities along. For a period of about 9 years I have myself managed a Guesthouse with a total of 18 units which required me to deal with issues in many fields such as reservations, bookkeeping, repairs and maintainace tasks, etc. Therefore I have no fear of tools and equipment! I have experience in several fields of construction such as, Roofing, Concrete, Decorating, Flooring, Plumbing, Electric... Interests: Many!
