We’re a couple in our late fifties. I’m a part time Local Government Officer (3 hours a day), and Haydn is recently retired. He ran his own business for 30 years financing vehicles and other assets. I work completely remotely.
We are non-smokers, and we don’t have any children or pets of our own, so we have no responsibilities!
We live in a house in a lovely part of Devon, near the sea. We have a small garden that we love taking care of and keeping watered.
Before we moved to Devon, we lived for many years in the countryside where we had chickens, pigs, alpacas, sheep, donkeys and Shetland ponies, so we are used to looking after these types of animals. We are real animal lovers.
We are both very reliable, honest and responsible people; we have worked hard all our lives and we are looking forward to seeing the world and meeting new people.

Rebecca and Haydn are great home-sitters, we feel very lucky to have had them look after our animals, garden and home. From the word "go" they were very communicative and happy to meet via a video call. Always quick to reply and quick at confirming dates, arrival times etc. We met the day before our departure and they were happy to be "given the orders", taking notes and asking lots of questions. We had regular updates and photos throughout the holiday (even the frequency of updates was confirmed beforehand) on how the horses and hens were and how the garden was keeping. The house was left immaculate, it was so nice to come back home and find the house so clean and tidy. We highly recommend Rebecca and Haydn as home-sitters, you'll be very lucky to have them take such good care of your home and animals!
