Hello! My name is Erica and I am a Canadian Chef, traveling around to take some time off, experience new places and maybe work in some fun kitchens.
Before I was a Chef, I lived and worked at a farmed animal sanctuary in Northern California for four years. I helped with the care of pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits, donkeys, cows, turkeys, chickens, cats and dogs. As a result, I am well informed and knowledgeable about the special care animals can need. It would be my pleasure to get to know any of your companion animals and to watch your house with the same respect and care as them.
A little bit more about me, before I was a chef I was in research and analytics. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. I play the guitar and am truly obsessed with all kinds of music. I’ve studied yoga and holistic health. And I’m a huge animal and nature lover.
I would be happy to have a chat with anyone who is interested in learning more about me. I am brand new on Nomador so I don't have any reviews yet, but I would be happy to share anything you need to know about me.
Right now, my availability is January 3, 2026 to March 1, 2026. And I am looking for interesting places where I can relax, experience something unique, and get a little writing done.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Erica, who looked after my pets (a dog and a cat) for 5 weeks. It was my first experience with Nomador, and I am very thankful to Erica for making it so simple and stress-free. She is a wonderful person who took exceptional care of my furry crew and the house. My dog is in a better shape than I left him (and so are my plants). Thank you, Erica!!!
