Rainer und Graziella

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Rainer and Graziella were warm, friendly and generous hosts, taking the time to show us everything we needed to know about their lovely home, their beautiful natural garden and, of course, their cats, Mena and Muck. The evening before they left, we shared a delicious meal with them and their son, which was a wonderful way to get to know each other. It immediately felt less like a formal handover and more like friends helping one another, setting the tone for the entire three-month sit. Communication throughout was excellent. They were always approachable and appreciative of the regular updates and photos. They also left excellent, comprehensive instructions, making it easy to care for both the house and the cats. Mena and Muck were wonderful companions in their own very different ways, and it was a privilege to earn their trust over such a long stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rainer and Graziella to other sitters. They are kind, welcoming hosts who genuinely value the people looking after their home and pets. Anyone considering a sit with them can do so with confidence, knowing they will be well looked after and appreciated.
