I had such a lovely stay at Emma’s home in Amsterdam. Emma is lovely and made everything very easy from the start! She explained Freya’s routine and all the house details perfectly so I felt very comfortable and at home right away. The apartment is beautiful, cosy and full of light, it genuinely feels like a home. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet while still being close to everything Amsterdam has to offer. I loved the little patio, which was the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and some morning sunshine!!! 🌞 And then there is Freya, the true queen of the house 👑. She is an absolute diva in the best possible way!!!!! Like any superstar, she appreciates having her own space and doing things on her own terms, but we loved each other since day 1. It was so special to share time and rest with her. She has a wonderful personality!!!! It was a fantastic experience and I would be delighted to return anytime. Thank you Emma and Freya! 😊🐾

I had a lovely 10-day stay at Emma and Robert’s home, where I looked after their cat, Freya. Robert gave me a warm welcome before leaving for the airport, and we had a pleasant and thoughtful conversation that helped me arrive and settle in right away. The apartment is clean, tastefully furnished, and it has that feeling of warmth and safety, a place where you can exhale. Freya is a rescue cat and a gentle soul. After a short time, she started seeking my closeness, and already on the first night she slept in bed with me. Since I work from home, I spent the days with her, and she kept coming back to me again and again. At the same time, she also needed her own rhythm and space, which was easy to respect. The apartment is on a quiet side street in East Amsterdam, and the location made daily life easy. There is a daily market just 50 meters away, a station nearby with direct access to the city center, and plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a big park for jogging only two minutes away. Emma and Robert are kind, relaxed, and uncomplicated hosts. I felt welcome and at ease during the whole stay. It was a pleasure to care for Freya and stay in their home. I would be happy to come back anytime, and I gladly recommend this sit to anyone.
