Ida

Dès la première prise de contact avec Ida et Joel, nous avons perçu que la communication allait être simple et très agréable. Il a été facile de s'organiser et ils ont tenu tous leurs engagements malgré la distance qui nous séparait (Upsala à Terjat: 2300km!). Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir bien échanger avec eux pour faire connaissance avant leur arrivée et leur expliquer les besoins de nos chats ainsi que le fonctionnement de la maison. Ils ont pris grand soin de nos chats, ainsi que de notre domicile. Nous avons été particulièrement reconnaissants qu’ils s’occupent aussi d’arroser nos plantes en pleine canicule. Nos animaux ont très clairement apprécié d’être choyés avec amour, et nous avons immédiatement senti, à notre retour, qu'ils n’avaient été aucunement perturbés par notre absence ;). Nous recommandons vivement et chaleureusement Ida et Joel comme petsitters ! From our very first contact with Ida and Joel, we sensed that communication would be easy and very pleasant. Coordinating everything was simple, and they honored all their commitments despite the distance separating us (Uppsala to Terjat: 2,300 km!). We were fortunate to have good conversations with them beforehand to get to know each other and explain the cats' needs and how the house works. They took great care of both our cats and our home. We were especially grateful that they also watered our plants during a heatwave. Our pets clearly enjoyed being lovingly pampered, and upon our return, we could tell right away that they hadn't been the least bit unsettled by our absence ;). We highly and warmly recommend Ida and Joel as pet sitters!
