Had a wonderful stay in Baume-les-Dames, a special location in a special region - Doubs Valley in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. There so many things to see, learn and enjoy… 3 weeks passed in a jiffy. Agnes is well-organised, nice and easy to get along with. She was very supportive, encouraging, and eventually she was right! The house sitting was perfect – no incident what so ever. The house is easy to maintain, practical and with all necessary comfort, including some discrete design/ decoration accents. Neighborhood was great, genuinely helpful – special thanks to Christiane and François. And finally the boys – Garfield and Grison are simply a joy to care for! They pretend so little and offer so much in return… It was a pleasure to play with, watch them sleep together or expressing their feelings in particular manners. I remember how they waited for me on stairs of the house each time I was out for a stroll in beautiful surroundings… I will really miss them.
