We're a couple in our early sixties. With all kids having left home, we both have taken early retirement to travel and to get to know different cultures. We both have been homeowners all of our lives and have enjoyed taking care of pets, yards, gardens and pools. We have many years of informal experience with house and pet sitting in the US and Belgium. Ourselves, we have owned cats, dogs, fish and small farm animals for many years. We have recently lived in the USA for 3 years but have moved back to Belgium. We both love the Nomador “formula” and since we don't have pets ourselves anymore, we would enjoy taking care of yours while you are traveling. Jan and Gerd were our first house-sitters ever, so naturally we were slightly anxious about the arrangement, but we need not have worried. They were professional, careful, tidy, considerate, and pleasant company (for a day until we left the house). They looked after our cats. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other house owners, and would be happy for them to stay here again.

C'était la première fois que nous faisions appel à un home-sitter.. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Jan s'est bien occupé de notre chien, de nos quatre poules et de notre jardin. Nous avons retrouvé une maison impeccablé avec un bon petit plat pour notre arrivée (délicate attention). Nous recommandons Jan qui est une personne de confiance.

joannes et Gerd ont été des home sitters fabuleux; ils nous ont donné des nouvelles et envoyé des photos de nos chats tous les jours;nous avons retrouvé notre maison impeccable, un bon repas nous attendait et un joli panier garni sur la table pour nous accueillir nos chats ont été choyés, et ont gardés leurs habitudes, beaucoup de caresses et le calins. nos échanges ont été très sympathiques, comme si on se connaissait depuis longtemps je recommande Jon et gerd chaleureusement, ce sont des home sitters remarquables. nous les remercions infiniment

We were lucky to have Gerd and Jan over as our house-sitters this summer ! We had made some video calls prior to their descend in Belgium and we then invited them over for lunch once they had made it to Belgium and the contact was really great ! They met our whole family and we were able to show them around the house and garden. This really was a match, very easy going, easy to trust and honest people ! We felt right away that they would be great house sitters and that we could leave with peace in mind. And so we did. Communication was certainly no problem, they were easy to reach and responded quickly. We came home to a better home than we had left behind ! Cleaner and garden in a way better shape ! Everything taken care of ! Thanks again to the both of you Jan en Gerd !!!
