Bonjour, j'ai un appartement dans lequel vivent 2 chats, un vieux matou de 15 ans avec son sale caractère qui a besoin de prendre un cachet matin et soir, et une minette pleine de gentillesse qui adore les caresses, une boule de tendresse. Il faut s'occuper de leur litière, remplir les gamelles d'eau, et nourrir les poissons en aquarium.

Un appartement spatieux, anciennement logement social, calme, dans un quartier avec tous les commerces a proximité, boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, poste. Je me situe sur le site de Sophia Antipolis, commune de Valbonne, à proximité de la gare routiere des Messugues. L'arrêt de bus est à 5 min à pied . La forêt est a 10min. A 20 min de la ville d'Antibes et de la mer avec un moyen de locomotion individuel.

La région est magnifique, elle allie la mer, les jolis villages typiques tel que Gourdon(point de vue sur les côtes incroyable), Saint Paul de Vence et ses galieristes, les promenades sur les sentiers du littoral (cap antibes, St jean cap Ferrat, l'Esterel et ses roches rouge...), la visite de Nice, sa baie des anges , le vieux nice et dégustation de Socca, la découverte de l'arrière pays avec toutes ses randonnées en pleine nature, et encore beaucoup d'autres belles choses a découvrir

Murielle is a kind and welcoming woman, full of energy and positivity. She was also very nice to pick me up by car from Antibes, which I appreciated. The cats were lovely and easy to care for overall. The older cat may occasionally scratch during play or interaction, so it is simply something to be aware of. I was also able to work remotely comfortably from the accommodation thanks to the good Wi-Fi connection. I would however suggest updating the advert description regarding the location, as the stay is not actually in Valbonne itself but in the Garbejaïre area. This was not clearly specified in the listing. Valbonne village is approximately 30 minutes away by bus, while Antibes can take around 1 hour by public transport. The accommodation is located within a residential council housing area. While the environment is generally calm, there are very limited restaurants, cafés, or shops nearby compared with places such as Antibes or Valbonne village. For this reason, I personally believe having a car is quite essential in order to move around comfortably and fully enjoy the area. The residence itself may suit someone looking for a quieter stay and remote working environment, but future sitters need to have clear expectations regarding the exact location and transport situation.

Murielle and her family were absolutely wonderful, I had the best time staying with them. Murielle kindly accommodated my request to stay an extra day or two before and after the travel dates. The two cats are very lovely, the older one needs a little time to warm up to people.
