Little Truwi is a sweet and gentle Persian kitty. He is shy and sensitive and takes some time to become comfortable with new people, which is why I am hoping to find a repeat sitter with whom Truwi can build a regular warm relationship. He is super affectionate once he is comfortable!

This would be an easy pet sitting, as Truwi is young, healthy and low-maintenance. Just ensure food is full and water is fresh, litter box is clean, give wet food a couple of times a day or when he meows for it, and some vitamin paste treats. Also water any indoor plants once a week.

Unfortunately I had to re-list these dates (split in two) because the scheduled sitter canceled. I am hoping to find a sitter who will also be available for repeat sits in future - who may have a reason to return to the area - and who have ID check and at least one positive Nomador review, thank you!

Welcome to my home near Geneva! My ground-floor apartment is in a duplex house in France, in the center of a village just across the border from Geneva. Surrounded by trees, it feels like a little forest retreat, with a garden, a lovely indoor terrace, two bedrooms for sitters and a wonderful 180-degree fireplace. Public transport is within a five minute walk, and there is a parking space for a car. There's plenty to explore, from Geneva's beautiful lake and museums to medieval towns, historic castles and wonderful walking and cycling trails. The Jura mountains and Alps are nearby, making this an ideal base for discovering France and Switzerland. A note about my home

My home is an older French property with charm and character, not a modern new-build or recently renovated apartment. Some paintwork and grout show their age, but I have the apartment professionally cleaned before every sit and ensure it's clean and comfortable.

This home is located in a magical part of Europe. There's plenty to explore, from Geneva's beautiful lake and museums to medieval towns, historic castles and wonderful walking and cycling trails. The Jura mountains and Alps are nearby, making this an ideal base for discovering France and Switzerland.

Local attractions within 30-60 minutes include Lac Leman, old Geneva, CERN, Yvoire, Annecy, Chillon castle, Montreux, gondolas to mountain-tops and glaciers, Lake Nantua and Bugey area of France, Chamonix, Lavaux vineyard terraces and other Swiss wine country,

Within 2-3 hours is Bern, Lyon, Grenoble, Beaune/Dijon/Burgundy, Beaujolais, Northern Rhone valley, many Alpine villages and hikes in Valais and Vaud (Switzerland), and Savoy (France), as well as Aosta (northern Italy) by car through the Mont Blanc tunnel.

Although a car is easier for rural and mountain locations, many of these sites are accessible by bus or train.
