Mindi

Je viens de passer trois semaines magiques chez Mindi, à Tomar, et je repars avec le cœur plein de souvenirs et une énorme envie d’y retourner ! 🇵🇹❤️ La joyeuse troupe se compose de Shadow, une force tranquille, un vrai gros nounours tendre, toujours avec un jouet dans la gueule. Patient, câlin, et adorable, un amour de chien ! Il aime se tremper les pattes dans la piscine. Diogo, le petit espiègle, toujours souriant, câlin et très intelligent, sait se faire comprendre. Il a un caractère en or (même s’il n’aime pas la piscine !). Pip, la pile électrique, collée à moi en permanence, c’est une excellente nageuse, joueuse et une grande gourmande. Une boule d’énergie qui m’a fait rire tous les jours. Elfie, la minette câline, elle est gourmande et affectueuse, Pip est sa meilleure amie. Leurs câlins étaient trop mignons ! Comme beaucoup de chat elle dort le jour et sort la nuit… Les trois poules, sont faciles à vivre, elles m’ont offert deux œufs par jour. Un vrai bonheur de les voir évoluer dans le jardin. Une vraie famille : Ces animaux s’entendent à merveille, et leur complicité était contagieuse ! Mindi est une femme adorable et très généreuse. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous nous sommes parfaitement comprises (merci Google Traduction !). Sa maison portugaise est atypique et pleine de charme, et Tomar est une ville magnifique avec tout ce qu’il faut en termes de commerces et de paysages. J’ai adoré chaque instant passé avec cette joyeuse troupe photogéniques. Les promenades, les jeux, les câlins, Partir a été un peu triste, car j’ai vraiment attaché mon cœur à eux. Je recommande à 1000% cette expérience à tous ceux qui aiment les animaux, les rencontres humaines et les séjours authentiques. Mindi, merci pour ta confiance, ta générosité et ces moments inoubliables. J’espère revenir un jour ! des gros calins à la joyeuse tribue

Mindi is such an amazing person. She has a really big heart, and all her animals do too! 🐕‍🦺🦮🐕🐈🐓🐔🐓 Pip is a beautiful lady, super affectionate and full of energy on walks. Diogo is a curious and adorable boy who will leave an imprint on anyone’s heart, while Shadow is the calm and independent guardian who always makes sure everyone else is okay. They are truly a wonderful family. Elfie the cat is adorable, quite independent but cuddly too. And the hens are the cutest, plus they provide fresh eggs every day! 🥚 Tomar is a beautiful Templar city, fascinating to explore, with lots of wonderful natural spots to discover in the surrounding area. Thank you, Mindi, for everything! We had such a lovely time and would be very happy to come back. ❤️

On our gap year travels after graduating highschool it was a breath of fresh air to meet Mindi and her wacky and quirky dogs, a lovely lady with an amazing sense of humor, made us feel like friends apon meeting her, and insisted on helping us even if she wasn’t in the country. her dogs have such big personalities and love to to run around in the forrest, we watched them come out of their shells and soon we were running around with them. the cats love to cuddle too, big fluffy cuddle bugs who would nest in our bed keeping it warm for us at bedtime. we can say nothing but great things, such a lovely place to explore and adventure like in a watercolour story book, pictures straight out of childhood wonder, bright, colourful, and amazing. 10/10. mindi, her dogs, chickens, and cats, are such lovely individuals!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mindi's place in a small village near the beautiful Tomar. Shadow, Diogo and Pip were very affectionate and well-behaved. They have a great routine for their daily off-lead walk through the nearby fields. Elfie and Leila would rest for most of the day and come calling when hungry. The chickens were easy to care for and generous in providing eggs daily, and the garden provided a bouquet of herbs to try. Mindi was very helpful with offering suggestions to enjoy the local area and she was a great communicator. We would recommend.
