Sophie and Philippe are super friendly and welcoming! They kept me informed about the agreed dates and when I came to the place, they picked me up from the train station (since I did not have a car but came by train), showed me the house, gave instructions about the cats, and then we had a nice dinner time talking over the glass of wine :) The cats are also adorable, funny, and cute :) Easy to take care of, since they are very independent. And the place is also with a great view, located in the mountains - the only thing is that if you are not a driver, then a bit of more walking is needed if you want to go somewhere - the bus is operating only early in the morning and in the evening at certain times. But it is possible to walk to the train station in the village Troistorrents on the opposite side of the river - trains are available all day long.

De très grands mercis à Sophie et Philippe de nous avoir si bien accueilli dans un esprit tellement convivial et familial, avec des sourires radieux. Cela fait du bien ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec les quatre chats absolument attachants et faciles à garder. La région est magnifique et le chalet est très confortable. Sophie et Philippe ont très bien organisé tout pour le homesitting. Ils ont pris du temps pour nous expliquer et montrer la maison et les villages aux alentours. Je vous recommande vivement Sophie et Philippe qui sauront vous accueillir avec beaucoup de charme et de chaleur.

Un chalet confortable et bien situé dans un environnement calme. De là on peut partir à pied sur les sentiers de montagne. La voiture conduit rapidement vers des sites incontournables tels ceux de Champéry, Gruyère, Fribourg, Montreux, Vevey, château de Chillon, St.Saphorin, les mines de sel de Bex, Gstaad-Saanen, la chocolaterie Caillé, Evian, Yvoire, la vallée de l'Abondance. Les chats affectueux mais indépendants mènent tranquillement leur vie en allant et venant à leur guise. Sophie et Philippe créent d'emblée un climat accueillant et chaleureux propice à une relation de confiance indispensable au bon déroulement du gardiennage dont nous garderons le meilleur souvenir.

Sophie was a wonderful communicator! Unfortunately, our housesit was cancelled due to the inability for either parties to travel due to the pandemic. Hopefully, we'll be able to arrange a housesit in the future!
