I am female, retired, 74 years old, non smoker, I love animals. I am dutch and I live in Amsterdam. Since I am retired I did a lot of petsitting. I love cats and dogs and I love to travel.
I had two cats myself. When I had cats I sometimes had someone to look after my cats and I looked after cats in exchange. My parents also loved to come to Amsterdam and they often looked after my cats when I was away.
I have a lot of experience through "mind my house" . In june 2017 I looked after a cat and dog in Paris for a long weekend.They asked me again several times. Together with my sister I looked after 3 cats and one dog in Bergerac – France and I came back several times - one time with my sister and the other times alone- I made several friends there. I looked after a lovely dog and two cats in Edinburgh in May 2018 and I also minded cats in Portugal several times (Albufeira, Algoz, Tavira and Sintra). I looked after a dog in Portugal as well. In August 2018 and 2019 I looked after two cats in Spain. In January 2019 I looked after a cat in Wales. Also petsitting in Nice (cat) and Mérignac (Bordeaux) - several times (2 cats and one dog). I also minded a sweet cat in Rillieux-la-Pape (Lyon) twice, three times two cats in Montélimar and once two cats in Brussels and Antwerp. I minded a cat in Verona in 2023. I also walked a dog in Amsterdam two/three times a week for a friend who was ill. I looked after a dog, cat and two poneys for a friend In France. I also minded three times a lovely dog in Tours (France) and I looked after a small dog in Siorac-en-Perigord. I took care of a cat in Marseille. I also took care of cats and a dog in the Netherlands: one cat in Hilversum (twice) and 2 cats in Haarlem and a cat and a dog in Haarlem several times. I minded a cat in Rotterdam and two in Amsterdam as well. Not finished yet: cats in England (3 different addresses) in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Many times I looked after two cats in Montélimar. I minded a cat in Paris and Toulouse. In 2025 I minded cats in Marseille, New York and London. So far I loved it and I had an excellent experience. I like traveling and I think it's great to mind animals and I met so many sweet people. Most of the petsitting was by MindMyHouse. The cat sit in Paris, Toulouse, Tavira, Vila Real de Santo António and one in Antwerp was by Nomador.

Willy m'a permis de partir sereinement en vacances et d'être apaisée tout au long de mon voyage. Elle s'est super bien occupé de Pirate, mon chat, lui qui est très craintif il a senti sa bienveillance et s'est laissé amadouer. Mon appartement a été très bien entretenu. Je l'ai retrouvé encore plus propre qu'en partant. Je recevais des nouvelles tous les jours. Willy est si gentille, attentionnée, souriante, positive et cultivée. J'espère que nous resterons en contact. Son français est impeccable. Une perle ! Merci Willy

Willy stayed in our place during 9 days and took great care of Billie and Mitzi, as well and our house and our garden! Communication with her has been very easy, she is flexible, reliable and trustworthy and left our house in a perfect state. A pity we didn't have the opportunity to meet in person, hopefully next time!

Willy was an excellent companion to my gentle loving galgo, Luna. They bonded beautifully together and were very comfortable with each other from the start. I felt totally comfortable leaving Luna in Willy's able care, with Willy sending me updates, photos and videos every day. My house was also kept in top condition during her stay. I would recommend Willy as a very good responsible pet sitter to anyone with a well-behaved dog or cat and would gladly welcome her back to my home.

Willy came to my flat for a few nights to look after Freja. She was so friendly and a lovely person. Willy kept me informed with photos and updates. My flat was left super clean and I would happily have Willy come stay again :)
