Bonjour ! Nous sommes Rebeca et Yassine, un couple calme qui travaille à distance. Rebeca a quitté le rythme effréné d'une startup de climatech à Paris pour travailler en remote. Yassine a étudié la biologie avant de troquer le labo pour le marketing digital. On s'est rencontrés en voyageant en solo en Asie, et depuis on n'a pas vraiment arrêté de bouger. C'est une vie qu'on aime beaucoup, mais elle a un vrai inconvénient : on ne peut pas avoir d'animaux.

C'est quelque chose qui nous manque énormément, parce qu'on a tous les deux grandi entourés d'eux. Rebeca a grandi à la campagne avec deux grands chiens (un berger allemand et un golden retriever) et 12 chats. Oui, 12, vous avez bien lu. Yassine a passé une bonne partie de son enfance à aider son grand-père sur la ferme familiale, avec des chevaux, des vaches, des moutons, des ânes et des poules. Son préféré restera à jamais Nico l'âne, dont il parle encore comme d'un vieil ami.

On est le genre de couple à s'arrêter pour un chien errant et à avoir élevé des chatons nouveau-nés trouvés dans la rue. Et oui, on l'a vraiment fait, plusieurs fois. Des amis nous ont souvent confié leurs animaux en partant en voyage. On a gardé des chiens pendant que leurs propriétaires étaient en Asie, et un chat pendant qu'un ami rentrait voir sa famille au Maroc. Ce n'est jamais une contrainte pour nous.

Yassine est aussi le genre de personne que nos amis appellent quand quelque chose tombe en panne. Fours, friteuses à air, fuites, il s'en sort toujours. Rebeca a la main verte et s'occupe très bien des plantes. Si quelque chose a besoin d'attention pendant votre absence, on s'en charge.

On envoie des nouvelles et des photos tous les jours. On respecte les habitudes, on prend soin de chaque espace, et on repart en laissant tout comme on l'a trouvé. Souvent un peu plus propre.

Hello! We are Rebeca and Yassine, a calm couple of remote workers. I left the fast business pace of a climate tech in Paris to work remotely. Yassine studied biology, but also left the lab for the comfort of remote work in digital marketing. We met as solo travelers in Asia and have more or less been on the move since. It is a life we love, but it comes with one real downside: we cannot have pets.


It's something that we really miss, because we both grew up around animals. I grew up in the countryside with two big dogs (a German shepherd and a golden retriever mix) and 12 cats. Yes, 12, you read that right :). Yassine spent much of his childhood helping his grandfather run a farm with horses, cows, sheep, donkeys and chickens. His favorite will forever be Nico the donkey, whom he talks about as an old friend. We are the kind of couple that pulls over for a stray dog and has hand-raised newborn kittens found on the street. And yes, we have actually done both, more than once.


Friends travelling have always left their pets with us. We have looked after dogs while their owners were in Asia, and a cat while its owner visited family in Morocco. It never feels like a chore.


Yassine is also the person our friends call when something breaks at home. Ovens, airfryers, pipes, he has sorted them all. Amira keeps plants alive and well, which we know not everyone can say. If something needs attention while you are away, we will take care of it.


We will send you a daily update with photos. We stick to routines, keep the space tidy, and leave everything as we found it. Probably a bit cleaner.
