My name is Yana. I work in project management within the creative industry. I mostly work remotely and travel frequently — I’ve visited more than 60 countries and love exploring new cultures and meeting new people. I am independent, organized, and very comfortable adapting to new environments.
Caring for cats, however, is much more than a hobby for me — it is a meaningful part of my life, which I feel as a personal mission that brings me real joy and meaning. I actively volunteer, support animal organizations, foster cats when possible. Over the years, this passion has grown into professional experience. I work as a feline behavior consultant, having studied feline psychology through courses, reading, and extensive hands-on practice. I have regular clients and long-term cats under my guidance, and owners often entrust me with their pets during their travels.
Living in Cyprus, where many cats live outdoors, has deepened my understanding of different temperaments and emotional states. I approach every cat with calmness, empathy, and respect for their boundaries. Over time, I’ve noticed that I naturally connect with cats very quickly. Friends sometimes joke that I am a “cat magnet,” because cats tend to find me wherever I am. I believe animals instinctively feel when they are treated with genuine love, patience, and respect.
I fully understand the level of trust required to invite someone into your home. I am responsible, discreet, tidy, and attentive to detail. You can expect regular updates, clear communication, and respectful care of both your pet and your space.
For me, this is not just pet sitting — it is a responsibility I take seriously and a privilege I deeply value.
My mission is simple: to make your cat feel safe, respected, and quietly happy until you return.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Yana. Our request was very urgent - we had to leave unexpectedly and had no one to care for our cat. Yana truly felt like a gift. She responded quickly, was flexible, and immediately reassured us that everything would be in safe hands. From the very first day, Scotik accepted her completely. He slept next to her, followed her around the house, and seemed calm and relaxed in her presence. It was clear that she genuinely understands animals and knows how to approach them with patience and sensitivity. She paid close attention to his routines and little habits, and he bonded with her remarkably fast. Beyond that, Yana is a wonderful person - warm, open, communicative, and very positive. It was easy and pleasant to coordinate everything with her. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, so we never had a single moment of worry. When we returned, our cat was happy and peaceful, and our home was clean and treated with great care and respect. Yana is not just a sitter - she brings calm, reliability, and genuine love for animals. We would trust her again without hesitation!!
