We have Gordon Setter/Airdale Terrier mix. It's a big dog, ca. 35 kg, pulls a bit and acts out when passing other dogs. Few plants to water also.

For us is very important that you are aware of his acting out when passing other dogs, sometimes cyclists and scooters if they suddenly appear. He lunges, jumps, bites the leash and barks. That means that best tactic is to be aware of surroundings constantly, avoid crowds and change direction when you notice the other dog.

We have fenced area in front of the house where he can be let out to pee/poo and spend time while you are home. He is used to getting two walks per day, about 6-8km per day. Can be home alone not more than 8h.

The house is 25 min walking from town centre, forrest inn the background and it's on a hill so it has a view over the town. The sea/fjord and lake are about 20 min driving distance.

We have two seater van that can be used. It's inssured for drivers over age of 23.

Rada and Cameron are super friendly and welcomed me in their beautiful and spacious house the evening before their departure so we could go over all the essential information. Their house is perched on top of a hill, overlooking the city, with easy access to a sprawling forest. The area is very pretty, and I was able to use their electric bike to explore and go for a swim. William is an absolute sweetheart who loved exploring the forest and finding all the stray tennis balls from the tennis court, so I'm sure Rada and Cameron were very happy with their new collection.
