We are looking for people who have lots of experience with cats. Digital nomads preferable to holidaymakers. House-sitters are expected to clean litter boxes (3) every day, feed the cats, refill their water bowls, water the plants (just some pots around the house), maintain the house clean, and accompany/play with the cats when they are most active (morning and evenings).

This is a big apartment (100 sq meters) with a very long terrace (15m). Supermarkets are close by (5 min walk), bus stops to Nice, Cannes, Antibes centre and airport are also at a couple of min distance on foot. The beach is also nearby, 7 min walk. It's a block of apartments inhabited mostly by old people, so it's quite calm. There is a private parking place available outside as well.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a dining room, TV room and a kitchen. Fast internet connection and TV streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Apple Plus).

Nice terrace with balcony to have your meal and relax.
Sandy beach at walking distance.
Cannes, Nice, Antibes centre and other areas of the Cote d'Azur easily accessible by train or bus. Bus stops next to the house, train station is at 15 min walking distance or less by bus.
Several supermarkets in the area, parks, restaurants nearby as well.
Big TV with access to the main streaming services: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus.
Main thing to take into account is that cats will wake you up very early (around 6 AM), but they will sleep through the whole afternoon.

Mirko et sa femme sont très sympathiques et m ont très bien accueillie, leurs chats (Tim et Max) sont des amours, très calins et très drôles ! Le logement est très confortable et l environnement est très agréable. Une super expérience à renouveler sans problème !😉

We really enjoyed our stay at Tas and Mirko’s beautiful apartment. Their cats are very sweet and their house is nicely decorated, even with a playroom for the cats. The location of the apartment is quite convenient, supermarkets and bus stops are just around the corner and there are many nice places for a walk. Tas and Mirko are very welcoming and friendly and were always available for questions or a short chat about the cats. We would definitely love to go back.
