I share my apartment with the nicest cat on earth, named Nuggets.
He is soon-to-be 2 years old, and extremely sweet.
He is pretty quiet, and likes interactions with his human(s). He can be shy at first, but once he has adopted you, he might come and lick your face (so that you can enjoy a free scrub). He also loves pigeon-watching.
He is playful, very curious, he will look at the things you are doing. He also likes being petted, especially when you come back home.
He uses his litter box a lot, so there's a need to clean it regularly.
Nuggets has a very good behaviour, and he can be your best parisian friend during your stay!

I also try to make 2-3 plants survive, these will need watering them once a week.

Vous serez l’heureux colocataire de Nuggets, un chat d'un an et demi, bientôt deux. Une vraie petite crème, qui aime que l’on joue avec lui et qui se laisse caresser progressivement. Cependant, une fois qu’il vous aura adoptés, il viendra certainement vous faire des lechouilles sur le visage, pour vous offrir un gommage gratuit. Une petite peluche particulièrement sage, il ne fait (étonnamment !) jamais de grosses bêtises.
Nuggets utilise sa litière très régulièrement, il sera important de la lui nettoyer tous les deux jours et de la changer au bout d’une semaine (bien sûr tout vous sera fourni).

J’ai également quelques plantes que vous pourrez m’aider à faire survivre en les arrosant 1 fois dans la semaine.

I live Paris on the 8th in the morning and come back on the 22nd evening.

My apartment is a very comfy place, fully equipped, with a nice kitchen and living room space, a bedroom and a bathroom. I have been living here for more than 5 years and I have no intention of going elsewhere at the time! :) it is a little cocoon, at the heart of the Goutte d'or district, a very cosmopolite area which gathers most of the african shops in Paris, nice cultural spots and some cool bars. 5 minutes away from metro line 4, which crosses Paris from North to South and can get you in 15 minutes at the heart of the city. The Sacré Coeur and Montmartre are 15 minutes away by walking (be ready to climb some steps! ;) ).

FRANCAIS
bienvenue dans mon appartement, entièrement équipé, qui se situe dans le quartier de la Goutte d’Or à Paris (18eme arrondissement). Un quartier très cosmopolite, brassage de cultures à 15 minutes à pieds de Montmartre. Vous y trouverez des restaurants typiques africains, nord-africains, et vous pourrez aussi aller dévorer des plats traditionnels ou une pizza au soleil à 5 minutes à pieds.
La ligne de métro 4 qui traverse Paris du Nord au Sud vous emmènera en 15 minutes au cœur de la cité, et la ligne 2 vous permettra de vous balader au Père Lachaise, à Pigalle ou au parc Monceau en quelques arrêts de métro.

The big bonus is all the natural light you will enjoy through the windows and the surprising quietness for a place in the heart of a lively area.

Le bonus de l’appartement est la lumière naturelle qui baigne l’intérieur tout au long de la journée et le calme qui y règne.

You can easily access all the facilities around, eat good food, especially african and north-african food, you can enjoy a cute bookshop, enjoy your coffee in the sunshine at a very nearby terrace.
The neighbours in the building are very friendly and can be helpful if needed.
The bakery right in front of the building has been rewarded as the 5th best parisian baguette-maker last year (and they deserve it!).
The metro line 4 and 2 very nearby will allow you to go everywhere in Paris very easily.
It is also close to RER B (which can take you to both parisian airports).

Autour de l’appartement, vous trouverez : une excellente boulangerie, des cafés aux terrasses ensoleillés, une salle de concerts « musique du monde », des restaurants africains, des magasins de wax, le meilleur tajine de votre vie, une librairie, un petit parc où s’affrontent pléthore joueurs de dames et les jeunes du quartier au foot, un comedy club, un bar où vous pouvez assister à des soirées jam de jazz, un bar mythique du quartier ambiance musique punk underground, du poulet frit et des légumes bio selon vos envies du jour. Bref, un sacré mélange qui garantira que vous ne vous ennuierez pas si vous explorez le quartier :) une supérette est située à deux pas de l’appartement, et deux grands supermarchés (carrefour et Monoprix) à moins de dix minutes à pieds.
Si vous séjournez dans mon appartement, je vous préparerai toutes les indications qui vous permettront de découvrir le quartier et vous déplacer facilement dans Paris !

ENGLISH
I live downtown Paris so you can enjoy the French way of life and all the wonderful things Paris has to show very easily. Paris is so rich with culture, architecture, museums, restaurants, wanderings, shopping areas and nightclubs that you should not get bored !!
If you want to dream with Mickey and Minnie, you can also access Disneyland Paris within an hour of public transportation, it is a very doable 1-day trip.
You can also access Versailles within an hour.
It is Paris, come over !! 😁

Je vis intra-muros donc l’ensemble des grands lieux à découvrir de la ville sont accessibles très facilement. Musées, bâtiments, balades, restaurants, shopping, lieux où faire la fête… Paris est une fête, venez !
