Our dog Pepe is 14 years old. He has been with us since he was a baby, rescued from the streets. We don't know his breed, but he looks like a mix of Australian shepherd and a corgi.
Since he is old, he loves company and sleeps in the guest bedroom. He has 3 beds total in the house :) he needs 2 walks a day (each of 25-30mins), or maybe 3 if the one during lunch time is very short (10 or 15mins)just around the block. He doesn't walk too fast or too far, we give him time to sniff as much as he wants. We're not focused on going long distances with him, but rather having a good quality walk with a lot of sniffing. He eats organic food and we love to play games with him and train him. But, being old - he mostly likes to relax and snooze on one of his 3 beds. He will follow you around and ask for snacks though!

We are still waiting to buy our tickets to travel, pending on the sitters who apply. We need to go to visit family and we'd like to stay for at least 2 consecutive weeks, up to a month. We're happy to welcome you to our home one day before we leave so you can meet Pepe and we can give you all the instructions. We're also looking forward to meeting you!

We have a fitted office with a big screen, + a washer and dryer in our laundry room. We love our neighborhood. It's the safest and cleanest commune in the city of Brussels. Next to our place there's 3 new restaurants that opened, all Italian places! There are 2 large supermarkets and one gourmet market just 7mins away by foot. There's a large shopping mall 15mins away. As mentioned before, our apartment looks into one of the largest parks of Brussels. If you love sports, you can get lost in the forest, go for a run, play tennis or observe the swans and ducks live their best life. It's such a peaceful place, plus you have a tram passing …

It's such a peaceful place, plus you have a tram passing right beneath the door! It takes you to Montgomery metro station from where you can reach central Brussels in 10mins.

This is a great central point to discover all the gems Brussels has to offer without all the hassle and crowded streets. You can enjoy a chocolate praline waking workshop, go beer tasting, take the train for 30mins and visit Gent or Brugge in 1hr.
You can explore some of the best restaurants in Europe in Brussels, as well as clubs (if you're into partying!) Belgium has so much to offer and Brussels is such a great and diverse city.

I am really grateful for this first experience with Nomador. Eva and Nicholas are very attentive hosts and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay that lasted a month. I immediately felt comfortable and safe with them. And Pépé is such a lovely companion. My boyfriend and I loved spending time with him. Calm, sensitive and good at communicating and making himself understood, he really left his mark on our hearts. Their flat is spacious and bright, despite the Belgian weather, and located just in front of a big park and not far from the forest. It is a quite and really lovely neighborhood and the city center is easily reachable,(less than 30 mn) by public transportation as the tram pass just in front of the flat. I hope to have the opportunity to see their little family again and to spend more time with Pépé. I will definitely miss Pepe's little face and shared walks. Thank you for everything !
